Folly Beach is approximately 25 minutes from Charleston Treehouse by car. Known for its laid-back surf culture, colorful beach town atmosphere, and stunning sunsets over the Atlantic, Folly Beach is one of the most popular day trips for guests staying with us. The drive takes you through Johns Island and James Island along scenic Lowcountry roads.

Kiawah Island is approximately 25 minutes south of Charleston Treehouse. Kiawah is known for its world-class golf courses, pristine 10-mile beach, and upscale Freshfields Village for shopping and dining. The Kiawah Beachwalk Park provides public beach access. It is a beautiful and more tranquil alternative to Folly Beach, ideal for a peaceful day by the ocean.
